00:00For the time being, the low pressure area inside the country is still being monitored by Pag-asa.

00:06As of 3 a.m. earlier, the LPA was last seen at a distance of 305 kilometers near Coron, Palawan.

00:12There is no sign of a possible downpour after yesterday's rain.

00:16It is also not expected to be a typhoon.

00:19Aside from the LPA, Pag-asa is also monitoring the tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:26It was last seen 2,650 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern Luzon.

00:32It continues to move away from our country and it is also not expected to enter the PAR.

00:38Meanwhile, the east release is now affecting the Bicol Region and Quezon.

00:42Expect a cloudy sky in those areas with scattered rain and thunderstorms.

00:47Isolated and mild rain and thunderstorms will affect the Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora due to the east release.

00:56While this will also be experienced in the Metro Manila and most of the country, it will be affected by localized thunderstorms.

01:03The sun rose earlier this morning at 546 degrees and it will set later this afternoon at 541 degrees.
