00:00The Ilocos Region, Apayao, Abra, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon and Cordillera Agnusive Region will experience heavy rainfall.

00:10A low-pressure area of 1,155 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern Luzon is being monitored by Pagasa.

00:19Although it is part of the Philippine Area of Responsibility, it still affects the land of our country.

00:25Most of the country, especially Metro Manila, will experience heavy rainfall because of the low pressure.

00:33While in Visayas and Mindanao, and part of Palawan, it will be fair weather.

00:38However, it is expected that there will be heavy rainfall in the afternoon and evening.

00:41Meanwhile, another LPA, Namataan ng Pag-asa, is outside Par, or more than 3,000 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.

00:50There is no direct effect in the country at the moment.
