00:20This is the latest weather update for November 20, 2024.
00:25The Northeast Monsoon is affecting our country.
00:29It is currently affecting the extreme northern Luzon.
00:33And the easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of our country.
00:37In Batanes, it is cloudy skies with rains because of the Northeast Monsoon.
00:41In Baguayan Islands, it is cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms because of the shear line.
00:48In Metro Manila and the rest of our country, it is partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms because of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
00:58And we have a high gale warning in the northern seaboard of northern Luzon.
01:03So we should avoid traveling to the affected areas, especially to the smaller areas.
