A TikToker who alleges private investigators showed up at his house to dig for dirt on celebs tied to Diddy's legal drama is speaking to TMZ about the interaction he caught on camera ... making it clear the whole thing has him pretty shaken.

00:08It was a rapper that we all know.

00:24and I know you've done things on Diddy.

00:26Riff on the news, and you've done some Diddy things,

00:28They're jokes.

00:29I don't even know.

00:30It started...

00:31I was doing a sketch with my friend Brandon Brody,

00:35and we were in the Oval Office,

00:36and I was dressed as Secret Service,

00:38and so I just did a video of me as Secret Service.

00:42It went viral,

00:43and then I started doing the character reporting on Diddy news,

00:47and I guess people...

00:49They have said they trust me as a news source,

00:52and they like the way I deliver the news.

00:56And so flash forward to now I'm somehow part

01:00of the actual Diddy case that I've been reporting on.

01:03It's very surreal.

01:04They were at your back gate.

01:06That must have been alarming,

01:08and what was your initial question to them?

01:12I would imagine it would be something like,

01:14what the hell are you guys doing in the alley behind my house?

01:18Literally.

01:19I went out to my backyard for a second,

01:24and I was expecting my friend Donal Rawlings.

01:27I work on his podcast and produce it,

01:30and it's this guy peering through my gate,

01:33and he's like,

01:34hey, I'm looking for a social media influencer, Samson,

01:37and I'm like, who's playing a prank on me?

01:40This just seems...

01:41It was too crazy to be real,

01:43and so my instincts told me,

01:45Sam, film this whole thing.

01:47Something's up with this,

01:49and then the whole video is the entire exchange that you see,

01:54and for anybody saying it's staged or it's fake,

01:57it's just I've done prank videos.

01:59This is my career as a comedian for over 20 years,

02:03and it's like you hearing my voice,

02:05I am genuinely terrified.

02:06My wife is mad at me now

02:09because it's like these men came to my back door

02:12to ask me if I was working for some company,

02:16and then they offered to pay me more

02:19than what that company was paying me

02:21to stop doing these videos.

02:23Did they ever mention a dollar amount?

02:25No, but they said whatever I was being paid,

02:27they would pay me more.

02:29You filed a harassment report with the LAPD,

02:32and you're aware that if this were a joke that you were doing,

02:36it's a crime.

02:38It's a crime to file a false police report.

02:41Yes, and furthermore, Harvey, like you said,

02:44I'm a comedian.

02:45I'm a producer.

02:46I've been in Hollywood for 20 years,

02:49and I come from a family of lawyers.

02:52This is not something I would be on here

02:55talking to you guys.

02:56I respect the news, the truth.

02:59This was not a staged video.

03:03It just felt very aggressive.

03:06When I asked him to get off my property or step away,

03:09he said, well, it's public property,

03:11and the answer is no.

03:12So I genuinely, I was concerned about coming on here today.

03:17The only reason I'm doing this is because I am a comedian,

03:20and my goal is to not be involved in this crazy ditty case.

03:24It's to sell out stadiums with my entertainment and comedy

03:29and music.

03:31So I don't know what to make of all this, but it is real.

03:35I don't want you to mention names here,

03:37but did you ever mention other celebrities

03:41who might have had some connection to ditty

03:44because that seems to be the reason they showed up?

03:47Yeah, I worry, you guys, and that's been part of my concern.

03:52I mean, I've made videos about

04:00I mean, you know, I've been big wave surfing over here.

04:04This is a tightrope without, I'm pre-soloing,

04:07and part of it as a comedian on TikTok,

04:11my following has come about in literally the last two months,

04:14and, you know, Hollywood has been dead and shut down,

04:17so I'm forced to kind of do this,

04:19and people seem to like me reporting the news,

04:21and like you asked in the beginning, Harvey, why me?

04:25And I just, you know, it's God, you know?

04:27When you're chosen to do something

04:29and the people respond to it,

04:31and I've never had fans like this.

04:33You know, I call them my loyal patriots,

04:36and I'm a truth seeker,

04:38so I think this is my opportunity

04:40to just slide into the limelight

04:42and tell what's really going on.
