Kevin Stewart from Thurso is reunited with his dog Louis at Elgin where he was found. Louis had been stolen from Kev's car at a parking bay next to the Kessock Bridge in Inverness. The three-year-old Chihuahua was later found wandering the streets of Elgin before landing at Brumley Brae Kennels.
