00:37SMM has appointed a judge to investigate a civil lawsuit against Jonti for financial and reputation damages.
00:46Sim reiterated the SMM's commitment to upholding good management while adding that the company fully cooperated with the SPRM and the police in their investigation.
00:57Jonti was charged with fraud, with the informant behind the video claiming fraud involving several Sabah agents.
01:06He denied the lawsuit, claiming he did not act as a middleman, while stating that it was a complete lie,
01:14and insisted that he had evidence of Hj. J. Nur's Sabah Chief Minister's case of misuse of power.
