00:11and now the government is also questioning why the decisions of the 9th May incidents have not been made.

00:19Look, when we listen to the government's stance on certain things,

00:26we almost don't understand how to put it into words.

00:33I don't know what the government is thinking about this,

00:36but the law under which many cases of 9th May have been filed,

00:40but among them the most serious cases have been filed for anti-terrorism.

00:46There is a 1997 anti-terrorism act,

00:52in section 12 of which it is written that

00:55the investigation of any case of anti-terrorism cannot go beyond the 9th day.

01:04And when the investigation is completed within the 9th day,

01:07then the trial will not go beyond the 8th day.

01:13It will be heard day to day.

01:15This is written in the law.

01:17In fact, it is written that if a person asks for a date,

01:22whether it is a trial, prosecution or defense,

01:26then he will not be given more than two dates.

01:30And on giving both dates,

01:32the judges of anti-terrorism will impose exemplary fines on him.

01:38In such a situation, when the law says

01:41that you decide these cases within 7 days,

01:44when the investigation is being carried out by the government,

01:47when the entire mechanism of prosecution is the courts of the government,

01:52they work on the prosecution on the National Exchequer,

01:54on your tax money.

01:57In such a situation, the government can criticize the decision of a court,

02:04but I don't think it is appropriate that the government,

02:09which controls most of the things of this trial,

02:13its pace, its investigation, its prosecution,

02:17so if they say that there is a delay in this,

02:20then I think they should be asked a few more questions.

02:27that a clever prosecution has solved it.

02:47So on both sides, I don't see any benefit in this.

03:33People staying in jail,

03:35unfortunately, give more importance to the statement

03:38that the government does not have evidence,

03:40or the state is clueless about this matter.

03:45this is such a high profile case,

03:47the 9th of May,

03:48this is a matter of attack on military institutions.

03:53If you look at this frankly,

03:55if you evaluate this,

03:57then this is not a small thing.

03:59This has to be expedited

04:02and they should have been prosecuted

04:05by providing evidence at a fast pace.

04:08But if the prosecution could not be done,

04:10and the prosecution could not move forward on it,

04:21then what flags has the prosecution put up?
