00:16The Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center in Balangas City will be upgraded.

00:24the bed capacity of the so-called hospital will be increased to 1,000.

00:28The President has also passed a law to upgrade

00:32Dr. Catalino Galiego Nava Provincial Hospital in Guimaras
