00:07According to the President, the government is trying to stop the effects of the typhoons,

00:13even though the resources are affected.

00:16Because of the upcoming typhoons, the President denied that the country's assets are enough to avoid the heaviest effect of the typhoon

00:25and that the immediate recovery of the affected individuals is urgent.

00:29The same goes for the repair of the left-behind buildings.

00:33President Marcos also denied the non-stop assistance and recovery efforts

00:38in the aftermath of the typhoons Christine and Leon.

00:42According to the NDRRMC, the amount of food and non-food items provided by the government

00:51through the DSWD, OCD, local governments, and non-government organizations is less than a third.
