00:18Dallas, Texas. It's crazy how life works, right? Last night, I checked into Thompson

00:23Hotel Dallas. Too loud. Literally, you might as well have been Grand Central Station. Because

00:28I'm a light sleeper. Some may say a pussy sleeper. I say a light sleeper. I said I can't

00:33do it. Got up. Changed hotels. Went to J.W. Marriott. J.W. Marriott, very quiet. Nice

00:38hotel. Pillow sucked. Couldn't sleep on the pillow. Like a rock. Up 90 degree. Who wants

00:43to sleep like that? So, I go to a mattress firm today to get a pillow. Guy recognized

00:48me. He goes, I had any good pizza? I say, Fortunate Son Garland, Texas. Spectacular.

00:52He goes, okay. Have you tried Chenzo? I go, never heard of Chenzo. He goes, I'm a pizza

00:56guy. Now, the guy at Pizza Credibility, Austin, because he's like, I've been at John's and

01:01Bleeker in New York. Great. Give me a slice of Joe's. I'll take that. I've got to get

01:05to New Haven. He said, Chenzo's? I've never heard of this Fortunate Son in Garland. I

01:08go, you'll love it. Great. 8.1. He said, this is the best in Dallas that you're going to

01:12find besides Fortunate Son, which I haven't had. Chenzo's. I don't think it's on the One

01:16Bite app because the One Bite app doesn't work. I'm not on Adderall. I'm just talking

01:19fast because I went to the State Fair of Texas. Okay. Here we go. One Bite, everybody knows

01:22the rules. Chenzo's. Good looking crust there. Very cool spot too on the outside. So let's

01:28see what we got. That's how we got here. Very light. So here's real food. I've been eating

01:37crap all day. Good undercarriage, a little floppy. Let's see what we got. Chenzo's. Good.

01:49Flavorful. Really good crust. So kind of like a New York pizza to me. I could see how that

02:03guy from Mattress Firm would say, by the way, he lied. He's like 15 minutes away. It's half

02:08an hour away in traffic. I can see why he'd say this is as good as you can find in Dallas.

02:13We did do one, forget the name of it, old school place when the Mavs were playing the

02:18Celtics. That was good. This is good. You know what it reminds me of? Where's the place

02:25we were? We had an outside place like this that we went in the middle of a football game.

02:43We had Star Wars on the like. Oh, that was, no, that was, it was over. Which is where? TCU's

02:56campus. Oh yeah. It just reminds me of that a little bit. I'd go 7.6 on this. Like it's better

03:04than an average pizza. It's a really good New York style. I wish it was a little crispier,

03:09but the crust is great. Light, fluffy. I could house this whole thing in two seconds. Good

03:13recommendation from the guy at Mattress Firm. I tip my cap to you, good sir. There you go,

03:17that's your view. Chenzo's, Chenzo's. Yeah, I was saying the story, we're at Mattress Firm

03:22getting pillows and the guy working there, he's like, he said this is the best in Dallas. So

03:26yeah. And for some reason it's not on our app because our app needs to be updated. I've been

03:31on it every couple of days, hoping to like add ourselves to it or do whatever we can. We have,

03:35we have tech issues that we're getting fixed. There's always something. Yeah. We got to get

03:40on there. So yeah, no, it's a cool spot. Thank you very much. We're going on our one year. Oh,
