00:00The typhoon Marseille intensified as it approached northeastern Cagayan.

00:06The last sighting of the typhoon was 115 kilometers east of Apare, Cagayan.

00:12The wind was strong for a long time at 175 kilometers per hour

00:16and the storm reached 215 kilometers per hour.

00:20It was moving west-northwestward at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.

00:25Because of this, the signal number 4 in the northern portion of Cagayan was raised.

00:29Including the Babuyan Islands, northern portion of Apayao, and Ilocos Norte.

00:34Signal number 3 in Batanes, the southern part of Cagayan,

00:38Apayao, Ilocos Norte, northern portion of Abra, and Ilocos Sur.

00:42Signal number 2 in the northern and central portions of Isabela,

00:47the southern part of Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, and Ilocos Sur.

00:52Northern portion of Ifugao, Benguet, and La Union.

00:55While signal number 1 in the southern part of La Union,

00:59Pangasinan, Ifugao, Benguet, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya,

01:04in the northern and central portions of Aurora,

01:07and in the northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, and Zambales.

01:12All mentioned places were taken care of,

01:15particularly in the event of a storm surge in the coastal areas of Batanes, Cagayan,

01:22Cagayan Islands, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and La Union.

01:27Aside from that, the magnitude of the storm can reach

01:31from northern to central Luzon, Metro Manila, and the rest of the country.

01:36Expect a hot and stormy afternoon to afternoon

01:40where there is a high chance of rain due to localized thunderstorms.
