00:45It's a big thing for me to give because it's a big help for them.

00:50We started this after the pandemic when everyone is having a hard time waking up.

00:56So, we did this to boost the morale of the individuals.

01:02One of the recipients is Atty. Persida Acosta,

01:06the head of the Public Attorney's Office because of his duty as a public servant

01:12and helping those who can't defend themselves.

01:16I was surprised because I thought that the small group of people working in the justice sector

01:23are not being noticed by the public.

01:27But this is a proof that the credibility of the Public Attorney's Office,

01:32the concern for the people, for the poor,

01:36is really felt by many Filipinos.

01:40Many famous personalities were nominated for the event

01:44including social media personalities, businessmen, and artists.

01:49It's so overwhelming because of the number of social media personalities and influencers.

01:55I was really honored because it actually validates that

01:59we are contributing to our society no matter how small it is.

02:04I'm very thankful because if it wasn't for our supporters and followers out there,

02:11we wouldn't have been able to meet and receive this award.

02:17The host of the country's morning show, Rise and Shine Pilipinas,

02:23was also recognized here.

02:25She is Audrey Gorizeta and Dayan Querer as ASEAN Excellence Hosts for Morning Show.

02:29Dayan Querer is a TV host and news anchor.

02:34It is humbling always when you receive recognition like this.

02:37I've been with PTV for 10 years already and Audrey for more than a decade already.

02:42And when you receive recognition like this,

02:46it gives you motivation to do better in this work that we do.

02:51And it's great that as part of the morning show,

02:55not only us, but all the men and women behind Rise and Shine Pilipinas are being recognized.

03:03So we offer this award, of course, to all the members of the RSP, PTV,

03:08and to all the Filipinos who continue to support us.

03:11With recognition like this, your country's morning show will do its best

03:16to provide informative stories and informative information.

03:24Once again, thank you very much to ASEAN Excellence Achievers Awards

03:29for recognizing us, Dayan and Audrey.

03:32It's a bit pressuring, but it means that we need to continue our mandate here at PTV
