Taiwan's economy ministry says there have been no exports of machine tools to Russia after Taipei updated its export control list in March. The ministry's comment comes after British think tank Royal United Services Institute recently said in a report that Taiwanese machine tools have been observed in Russia's military supply chain. The ministry says it also raised the fine for those violating its export restrictions to over $30,000.
