00:00Everybody's betting South Carolina as the underdog today at home in Columbia.

00:09The Gamecocks getting two and a half points against a top 10 Texas A&M team, Kev, who

00:15was exceptional last week in the second half, winning a huge game against LSU.

00:20A&M lost its opener, has won seven straight.

00:24Texas A&M has been booked as a favorite in all eight games this year, just three and

00:27five against the spread, but all three covers in games where the point spread in SEC action

00:33was a field goal or less.

00:35It's exactly what the point spread is here in Williams-Brice, and yet the Gamecocks looked

00:39on as a good underdog side today.

00:42No, look, you're right.

00:45South Carolina looks frisky.

00:48Here's the thing.

00:49Everybody who likes South Carolina is very key on what they can do defensively, and they're

00:53overlooking an offense that I think has brought juice throughout this season other than the

00:57Ole Miss letdown game where they were held to three, but again, they moved the ball a

01:01lot more than the three points suggest.

01:03I love the over in this game, whether it's Marcel Reed or Wegman, A&M has shown an ability

01:08to score.

01:09The defense is solid.

01:10It's not a world beater, though.

01:12The ball can be moved against A&M.

01:14I played this over at 43 and a half, one of my favorite picks on the board today.

01:17Yeah, my mom has a motto, why are you always taking points, so I go contrarian, though.

01:23I will say South Carolina coming out of a bye week, a night game in Williams-Brice,

01:27very difficult, and this defense for South Carolina, 18 points allowed per game, 112

01:33rushing yards allowed, only 188 in the back end, the potential letdown spot, I'll take

01:38a shot again.

01:40Not a game that I'm backing from putting money in and gambling, but if I had to bet, I would

01:45take a shot with South Carolina.

01:46Four and one against the spread in SEC play this year.

01:49That's Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks, three and one against the number as an underdog.

01:54Over in four of their last five, I look at this spot as seeing some points as well, 43

01:59and a hook.

02:06It is not Connor Wegman.

02:08Last week in the second half, two of two for 70 passing yards, fine on the ground, 62 yards,

02:14three rushing scores, and he opens it up on the ground as well for both Le'Veon Moss and

02:19Amari Daniels.

02:20Moss, 90 yards on the ground in all three reach starts this year.

02:26It is the way to get after this South Carolina team, but South Carolina has been good up

02:31front this year.

02:33One of four teams in the country allowing less than 105 yards on the ground and has

02:37sacked the opposing quarterback 25 plus times alongside Ole Miss, UTSA, and Miami.
