00:00Rita Daniela filed an act of lasciviousness against Archie Alemania.

00:08Just this October 30, in the office of the City Prosecutor in Bacoor City, Cavite,

00:13Rita Daniela filed an act of lasciviousness against her co-star in a TV series, Archie,

00:22because he acted without consent.

00:26In the agreement of the actress-singer in her complaint affidavit,

00:29there was an accident or incident after the house party organized by Bea Alonso

00:35for the cast and crew of the TV series that they had co-hosted.

00:39When Rita arrived at the venue on September 9,

00:43she said uncomfortable and inappropriate remarks several times towards Archie.

00:49But the actress-singer did not confront Archie because she thought he was just joking and drunk.

00:55When the party was over at 2 am, the actor-comedian offered to take Rita home.

01:01Because Rita only looked at the gesture of the actor,

01:06a friend and brother agreed to let the actress stay here.

01:12But while they were in the middle of the trip,

01:15the actor started holding the actress' waist and neck.

01:22When the car stopped in front of Rita's house,

01:25the actor forcefully held the actress' hand and pushed her to the side.

01:31After Rita pushed Archie and the car was about to leave,

01:35the actor pulled her back,

01:38hugged her from behind and held her waist.

01:43After the incident, Archie texted Rita and apologized because of his drunkenness.

01:50In the complaint affidavit filed by the actress,

01:53the text message of the actor is a proof that he admitted what he did.

01:59Until now, there is no statement issued by Archie Alemania's camp on the issue.
