00:45they rebuilt it, they loved the town, opened it.

00:492008, the car industry crash, I was put for Ford Motor Company, so got a nice little severance

00:58pay, traveled around, ended up in Boston, fell in love with the place.

01:04How long have you had this place for?

01:05So this place was a mom and pop place, operational for almost 22 years, closed down about two

01:12years ago.

01:13My partner bought it, and he was going to make some apartment complexes.

01:18Fell in love with the city, wanted to revive it, so we opened it up in December.

01:24How do I remember it all proper wild?
