00:42House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability Chair Joelle Chua confirmed

00:48that they already have two evidence that can be used in the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:56They mentioned this in the middle of an investigation

00:59about the misuse of funds by the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Education under the leadership of Duterte.

01:07Chua said, it's just like the creation of new laws

01:11about the proper use of government funds,

01:15but because of their investigation,

01:18the committee saw grounds for the impeachment complaint

01:23against Vice President Sara Duterte,

01:25graft and corruption,

01:26and betrayal of public trust.

01:28This is also related to the improper use of funds in youth programs

01:33and the overpriced rental payments for safe houses.

01:37The first thing Vice President Duterte urged the committee

01:40to do is to destroy and politicize what is being done against him.

01:45But Chua clarified that their actions are evidence-based.
