00:13Starting in Morocco, the government proceeded, as part of the 2024 Finance Act,
00:19to create more than 30,000 budgetary posts for the benefit of ministries and institutions.
00:24According to the report on human resources supporting the 2025 Finance Act,
00:30these posts are mainly allocated to the Ministry of the Interior,
00:35the National Defense Administration and the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
00:40The priority was granted to the Department of Security in 2024,
00:45and this in a social way, to meet their needs for the necessary human resources.

01:23The Ivorian authorities and the OPEP Fund for International Development

03:26who have access to mobile and Internet telephony by 250 million,
03:31those who have access to a social protection system
03:34and by 80 million the number of companies created by women in the world.
03:39In order to achieve these objectives,
03:41the Bank intends to give priority to investments,
03:44taking into account gender equality in digital inclusion,
03:48but also reducing administrative barriers to women's registration
03:52in social security records
03:54or allowing digital financial transfers for women.
03:59In Latin America, food exports have reached a record of $349 billion,
04:06making the subcontinent the main exporter region of these products,
04:11while contributing to food security in the world.
04:14The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, CEPALC,
04:19has reached this conclusion in its report on the benefits of foreign trade in this region.
04:25It is also congratulated on a positive evolution of goods exports in Latin America,
04:31with an increase of 4% in 2024.
04:35According to the CEPALC report, trade plays a key role
04:39in food security in Latin America and the Caribbean.
