00:12In Morocco, the Treasury debt reached 1,071.5 billion dirhams at the end of October,
00:19recording an increase of 7.2% compared to the previous year.
00:24This increase is mainly due to the increase in the previous debt,

00:32The external debt also increased by 10.4% to reach 258.4 billion dirhams.
