00:00DSWD personnel are continuing to load their family food packs to the National Resource Operations Center in Pasay City.

00:10They are moving these to the trucks that will be transported to the Bicol Region.

00:14Some food packs are being transported by the Philippine Air Force's C-130 plane

00:20from Villamor Air Base to Albay.

00:23Repacking is being done without a break.

00:25Their target is to prepare 20,000 food packs today.

00:30In Camarines Sur, DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian was on the lookout

00:36to find out the situation of the residents.
