00:51I was at the unemployment office and I told them I was very close to getting a job with

00:56Vandelay Industries and I gave them your phone number, what is that, you're in latex,

01:01and what do I say about you, you're considering hiring me for your latex salesman, I'm gonna

01:05hire you as my latex salesman, right, I don't think so, fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich,

01:12little known fact, I was a peanut butter and fluff guy growing up, I was like, didn't do

01:17the jelly, so that's one against, I got a feeling this will be decent, one bite everybody

01:22knows the rules, we've actually been on an upswing since we did the pickled pizza, which

01:27was gross, the last couple have been good, well, here's the thing, I don't love, I don't

01:38love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, again, I'm a marshmallow guy, I don't, that makes

01:42me weird, so 6-1, but again, this is an unfair score for me because I'm not a peanut butter

01:52and jelly guy, but there it is, it's an interesting looking thing from Vandelay Industries, that's

01:58a review, quick one, thank you, and what does it mean, a fair final, so we have a big

02:16text choice award every year, there's over 67 entries every year, and this made the top

02:215 in the contest this year, have they announced the winner, yes, we didn't win unfortunately,

02:25Cotton Candy Bacon took the win, I had the Cotton Candy Bacon, that was delicious, really,

02:33same food item, no, it was a fried charcuterie board, fried charcuterie board, yes sir, alright,

02:40so you guys do it all, so did you just come up with a new thing because this has nothing

02:43to do with charcuterie, we actually have 9 locations out here this year, we're celebrating

02:4775 years, so each one of our stands has a little something different, very cool, here

02:54we have it, alright, so do you want to explain it one more time here, so what we have is

02:58a classic ice cream nutty bar, so it's a moo bar dipped in chocolate, rolled in nuts,

03:03then we cover it with a marshmallow fluff, toasted marshmallow fluff, 2 whole Oreos,

03:08a fresh strawberry puree, and freeze dried strawberries, so let me ask you as a pro,

03:12you suggest that I go spoon or up, how do you eat this, grab it by the stick and get

03:18messy with it, alright, here we go, a finalist,

03:36I can see how this was a finalist, heavy on the marshmallow,

03:40I love the ice cream coming through with the strawberry,

03:44thank you very much, yeah, it's definitely a napkin thing,

03:49I don't know how many of these you could eat, like 1 maybe, it's rich, I threw everything

03:54on there, I could get on there, but it's very good, I love the classic nutty bar thing on

03:59the other side, so I'll go to score like a 7, 9 on this, which is a very good score,

04:07I'll take it, so another, you can't get this anywhere else, no sir, just from Nevin's,

04:14yes sir, so how do you come up with this thing, just when it hits me in the middle of the night,

04:19I'll put it in my notes and I'll experiment with it, how long did you experiment before you got

04:23it, this one didn't take me too long, I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted to do, the bright

04:27circuitry board took us a couple weeks of experimenting to get it just right, but this one,

04:33you can't go wrong with everything, and how long have you guys had Nevin's in your family,

04:3775 years, third generation, fourth generation, I love that, is it just the fair or does it exist

04:42outside the fair, we just do the state fair in Texas, I love that, I love all, so many stories
