00:00The first National Social Council was established in 2003,

00:10and strengthened by the establishment of the National Social Council.

00:15The government always prioritizes strategic steps

00:20and works together to address these social problems.

00:25This is my first National Social Council in 2017.

00:32Four important elements that I have outlined are

00:35strengthening religious education,

00:39empowering family institutions to guide children,

00:44promoting moral values in the community,

00:47and supporting research platforms

00:50to understand and find solutions to these social issues.

00:55Today, in the face of digital technology and communication,

01:00including the development of Artificial Intelligence or AI,

01:05a new approach needs to be strengthened in addressing social issues

01:12and lifting this agenda in order to achieve the aspirations for the prosperity of the country.

01:17Indeed, the country needs a more comprehensive and comprehensive social foundation

01:24to advance the agenda of the country's socio-economic development.

01:29God willing, with the implementation of the 2030 National Social Foundation,

01:35which we will do shortly,

01:38it is very appropriate with the need to balance economic development

01:44with social development.

01:46God willing, this will be a big umbrella

01:49that will support government efforts and strategies

01:54in strengthening social development

01:58to make Malaysia more prosperous and prosperous.

02:03Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, the 2030 National Social Foundation

02:07is proof of our commitment to build a more prosperous country

02:13inclusive and progressive.

02:15That's our mission together.

02:18Building a society that is resilient,

02:21progressive, responsible, compassionate and ethical.

02:27so that the 2030 National Social Foundation

02:30will lay the foundation of a social country

02:34and recognize and solve social issues holistically.

02:41God willing, if the foundation is laid

02:45through the steps of strengthening power,

02:47it can be done perfectly.

02:50I am confident and believe

02:52it will bring Malaysia to the 25th position

02:58in the Human Development Index and the Perception Index.

03:02Soon.

03:03I want to take a few steps to be evaluated and implemented together.

03:09First, a digital social service platform

03:14can be implemented to combine all social services,

03:18NGOs and private sectors as a center

03:22to support mental health,

03:25welfare, job opportunities and education

03:29by using AI-based assistance for services.

03:35Second, hub technology based on community

03:39where we strive to create a digital literacy training center

03:45and social entrepreneurship incubator.

03:47Third, mental health integration at work.

03:52Fourth, criminal prevention based on data.

03:55Finally, fifth, intervention through media

03:59by increasing the content of television

04:02that promotes positive values,

04:05educating people about social issues

04:08and creating awareness campaigns focused on humanity.

04:13Because I believe

04:15through the content of television and radio programs,

04:18it will be able to shape the minds and souls of the people.
