00:00We at KPI and Bukit Ambang welcome the 2022-2025 budget, which combines the principles of
00:09civil society and inclusiveness without alienating the people.
00:14So we know that a country in such a precarious situation,
00:19if it is not honoured or improved at the same time,
00:22it is still a burden on the people.
00:25Actually, this time we got an additional budget compared to the previous year,
00:31where KPI and Bukit Ambang received Rp3.6 billion,
00:36which includes women's empowerment programs.
00:40I didn't have time to mention it in detail.
00:43For women's empowerment alone, we received Rp25 million,
00:47which includes women's professionalism empowerment,
00:51women's leadership training programs, and so on.
00:56We also received the budget for the establishment of family institutions
01:03through the following programs, which is Rp200 million.
01:09And the National Family-Based Movement Program,
01:12because we always talk about family institutions and their values,
01:19it is supported through a budget of Rp200 million.
01:24We also received additional Rp8 million for the PSSS social support center.
01:41PSSS offers social services that provide emotional support,
01:47including guidance and counselling to vulnerable groups,
01:51such as women, children, the elderly, and the elderly,
01:55to reduce psychosocial issues.
01:58And we also want to provide support for children's development programs,
02:04which is Rp9 million,
02:07which includes a subsidy for parents,
02:12families with an income of less than Rp800 per capita for the city,
02:18and Rp500 per capita for the outskirts of the city.
02:22In addition, there is a subsidy of Rp5,000 per capita for the community,
02:30and Rp9 million for the children's welfare and protection groups,
02:39including the children's activities center.
02:42In addition, there is also support for parents and children with autism.
02:48This is new for us.
02:50We thank the Cabinet meeting last week.
02:57Alhamdulillah, we received Rp23 million for the education of 30,000 children with autism,
03:05to reduce the burden of mothers and fathers who are eligible for Rp15 million,
03:10and Rp5 million for the autism care center,
03:14and Rp3 million for the increase of child welfare in the JKM institution.
03:23We also have Rp1 billion for the welfare of the people of Emas Marangkumi,
03:29which includes funds from the Emas people's institution,
03:33the Emas people's social economy assistance,
03:35the Emas people's activities center,
03:37and the Emas people's love unit.
03:41And the grant operation of the Emas people's institution,
03:44the children of OKU by the NGO.
03:46There is Rp20 million, I think the NGO is waiting for this announcement.
03:51Rp1.3 billion for people with disabilities.
03:58We also have a two-year empowerment program from the Ministry of Social Welfare.
04:04Last year, there was no such program.
04:06Last year, there was.
04:07So, this year, we got another two-year program,
04:10which is an empowerment and in-transformation program,
04:15not only for JKM recipients,
04:19but also for household recipients.
04:22There is Rp2 million for household recipients.
04:26And we also have a transit center.
04:29The transit center is because when children pass the age of 18,
04:35they can no longer live in our institution.
04:38So, we created a transit center called Anjung Sinan,
04:42which is a temporary center to provide a social support system
04:47to the children of JKM institutions
04:51to strengthen the potential of children
04:54by providing educational opportunities and skills
04:58for their preparation for the future.
05:02This time, we got Rp4.5 million.
05:05Before that, it was only Rp1.5 million.
05:08I think that's all we need to share with the public,
05:14especially our target group.
05:16Thank you very much.
