00:08He's currently sitting at plus 230 odds.

00:11We start with the consistency we've seen out of him.

00:16What is impressed you most when it comes to Cameron Ward?

00:20More than anything else, Casey, it's it's clutch.

00:23Listen, I think he's going to be a very good NFL quarterback.

00:27I love the way he operates outside the pocket.

00:31He throws on the move, makes great decisions.

00:34Super smart kid.

00:36There's so much to like about him.

00:37He still plays with a chip on his shoulder.

00:39This is a kid who had no D1 offers coming out of high school, started at the FCS level,

00:46transfers to Washington State.

00:47Now he's on a much bigger stage at Miami where the Hurricanes are top 10 and undefeated.

00:53But they've played a lot of close games.

00:56They was another good example, 52, 45.

00:59They go toe to toe with Tyler Shuck in Louisville.

01:02And every time Miami needed a big play, a big drive, this kid comes through.

01:08He's so poised.

01:10He's so clutch, throws a beautiful ball.

01:14I think he's the front right or a front runner right now.

01:17The one knock on Cam Ward to me looking through the eyes of Heisman voters.

01:22This is not my vote.

01:24I don't know if there's that Heisman moment, that marquee game.

01:29We've seen some monster games.

01:31We've got some big ones coming up like Penn State, Ohio State.

01:35Miami doesn't have that.

01:37This is one of the biggest games left on the schedule was today against Louisville.

01:41And there's not a lot of sex appeal when it comes to Louisville in terms of college football.

01:47Clemson's not on the regular season schedule.

01:50So I think if there's going to be a knock on Ward, it won't be numbers.

01:54It won't be his impact on a top 10 team.

01:56It's just, have you seen enough against bigger programs?

02:01And then really the same thing is going to apply to Ashton Gentry.

02:03I mean, he's been phenomenal.

02:05The numbers are great.

02:06The film is sensational.

02:08But can you build a Heisman campaign against largely Mountain West competition?

02:13That's what voters are going to grapple with over the next month.
