We survived Fear Island in Ingoldmells

Fear Island at Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells had opened for the Halloween season. We went along to check out the attractions.

00:46good fun. I've been round a couple of them. So I'm looking forward to this one. Well I've

00:54just got through and I've survived. Oh, have you been in the area? I have, yes. I thought

00:58I heard some screaming. Yeah, that was probably me. It's brilliant. Do that again. Don't you

01:21for Fantasy Island. Now we've just been through Ravenous at Fear Island and it was pretty

01:28scary, I have to admit. It won an award I understand last year? Yes, so Ravenous won

01:35the Scarecon's Best Scare Experience in Europe award, which was a fantastic achievement for

01:41the Ravenous team and for Fear Island and Fantasy Island. Now this is always an exciting

01:46time, isn't it, for Fantasy Island. What do you have that's new this year? So we've

01:52had a little revamp of the attractions from last year, so we have Outpost and Ravenous

01:56and they've had a little bit of a revamp. For the new attraction this year we have Nine

02:01Circles, which is absolutely horrifying. You go in there on your own, you can't use a friend

02:06as a bodyguard or a shield, it's a completely solo experience. And we have the Phantoms

02:11of Sidecut Mansion, which is our family friendly attraction. Because that has been a more scary

02:17attraction in the past, but it is quite an incredible house, isn't it? It's a wonderful

02:22structure definitely, the lighting, everything, it really makes the experience. Okay, so how

02:29long are you on for? So the event begins on the 19th of October and we are every day,

02:357 minutes of Tuesdays to the 3rd of November. Fireworks are on the 2nd of November and you

02:41can save time to stand by blocking my mic. So there's plenty of opportunities to come

02:45down to Fear Island in Ingham Halls and get very frightened. Absolutely.
