00:06participate in the National Security Council Rehabilitation Programme

00:12Judge Rosli Qamaruddin,

00:14who represents Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings, said,

00:18even though the entity is promoting the initiative,

00:22the followers are still hesitant to participate in the programme.

00:27He said that when a similar programme was introduced

00:30during the time of Asari Muhammad,

00:32he himself gave instructions

00:34so that the community would leave the misguided teachings

00:37and return to the right path.

00:39But today there is no leader to give such instructions

00:42because they are detained under SOSMA.

00:45Rosli said that some of the followers of GISBH

00:48are not interested in participating in the programme

00:51because they believe that their faith and practice are not balanced.

00:55Last week, the National Security Council

00:58offered a voluntary rehabilitation programme

01:05for them to return to the true Islamic teachings.
