00:00The local government of Quezon City approved the construction of 8 new electric buses in their city.

00:07In addition to the new buses, their commitment to the sustainable practices of the area will be strengthened.

00:15This is in accordance with the Republic Act 11697 or Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act or EVDA law

00:23which can greatly reduce the reliance on the fuel of the transportation sector.

00:28Each bus has 41 seating capacity and wheelchair ramps are installed to support persons with disability or PWD.

00:38Meanwhile, the initial testing of 8 buses will start next week.
