00:00So we took a half inch thick of bacon, cooked to perfection.

00:29Dipped it in some cotton candy glaze.

00:40How do you invent something like this?

00:41So this is, here's the thing, man.

00:42There is, honestly, we have a concept called Russo's Fat Bacon.

00:45Yeah.

00:46We had that at Houston Live Stock Rodeo.

00:47And we decided, you know, we need to do something really ridiculous and crazy.

00:50So, first we started with doing the glaze.

00:54And the glaze wasn't enough.

00:55I said, you know what?

00:56We got to go big.

00:58I ordered a cotton candy machine.

00:59We spun it.

01:00And, man, the rest is history.

01:01This thing became like a sensation.

01:03So now we're just caramelizing it.

01:05And so it really starts at a half inch thick.

01:08Do we have any raw bacon here?

01:14And now it's perfectly, now it's ready to eat.

01:16So we just got it ready.

01:17It's all glazed up and caramelized.

01:31First of all, let me say, I got run out of the state of Iowa when I said I didn't love bacon.

02:00We then put it on a stick, 12 inches long, glaze it, cook it, and now.

02:07So, you know, I think that, listen, I've had people order four of them and eat four at one time.
