00:20He says he is happy with his career now, but he wishes that there will be more job opportunities in the country.

00:45According to the House Committee on Labor and Employment Chair Fidel Nograles,

00:49more jobs are expected in the country in the coming months and years.

00:54This is also followed by the increase of foreign direct investments in the country.

00:59According to the latest data from the Central Bank of the Philippines,

01:03the FDI net inflows of this July amounted to more than US$820 million or more than 47 billion pesos,

01:12which is 5.5% higher than estimated in the same month last year.

01:18According to Congressman Nograles,

01:20he is happy that more people are moving to the country,

01:24which is also a result of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.'s efforts.

01:28He is sure that this will help our economy and will bring more and better jobs for Filipinos.

01:37Just recently, during the President's visit to the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits in Laos PDR,

01:44House Speaker Martin Romualdez also considered the construction of an executive building in the Philippines

01:50as an ideal investment destination.

01:53Romualdez said he is confident that this will bring more foreign direct investments,

01:59as he sees the manufacturing, IT services, and tourism industry flourishing,

02:06which will bring new projects, thousands of jobs, and a more prosperous economy.

02:13On behalf of the House, Speaker Romualdez also expressed his support to the administration

02:19for the improvement of the country's state.
