00:11Yes, Nina. For now, the situation is good and calm here in Comelec MCR in Son Juan City.

00:19This is the venue for the filing of the COC of those aspiring to become congressmen in Metro Manila.

00:26Earlier this morning, congressional aspirants for the commission on elections national capital region in Son Juan City started arriving.

00:35For now, four COCs are filing for different districts in Metro Manila.

00:40One of them is former Malabon Mayor Lenlen Ureta,

00:44who aspires to become a congressman in the Lone District of Malabon.

00:49And incumbent Manila Second District Representative Rolando Valeriano,

00:53who also aspires to become a congressman in the same position.

00:56Since yesterday, there are already 17 aspirants for the COC here in Comelec MCR.

01:02According to the leadership of Comelec MCR, there are 33 congressional districts in Metro Manila,

01:09and it is estimated that there are 200 to 300 COCs to fight in the so-called districts.

01:16Comelec is hoping that on the last day of Friday or October 8, the candidates will be elected.

01:23At this point, an aspirant who also aspires to become a congressman has arrived.
