00:00At photo studio for the babies and kiddos of the month,

00:03our business partners decided to do business this Monday.

00:06How did it start?

00:08Let's watch and sustain this.

00:12Hi, I'm Ron Unlayaw.

00:14Hi, I'm Jace Tilda Cudao.

00:16We cater for newborns, pre-birthdays, maternity, and events here in Taguig.

00:26Before, I was a wedding photographer.

00:29And Sir Ron is working in a corporate hospital.

00:33Since we are into the same passion,

00:36Sir Ron also takes pictures of babies, maternity,

00:41and then, for me, since I'm into weddings,

00:43I have clients who are getting pregnant.

00:46So that's when we started to collaborate.

00:49Why not enter this kind of business?

00:53Maybe it's just really hard to create or manage

00:59because this kind of business is not normal for people here in the Philippines.

01:05Because they say, why would you take pictures of 7 days old babies?

01:09Because that's what we take pictures of, newborn babies.

01:13Before, I had a job.

01:15So I could only do it every weekend.

01:18Or I just took pictures.

01:21Before, we did home service, just the two of us.

01:25Then, in 2020, I resigned.

01:29Then, I did full-time.

01:32When we did home service, we didn't have a car.

01:35So it was hard to manage our luggage.

01:39We were hiring trucks, cars, tricycles, and buses.

01:44And then, we saw the demand for the photo shoot

01:48because here in the Philippines, there's not a lot of people taking pictures.

01:52So, we risked again to invest in a photo studio.

01:58We have that.

01:59It's really small.

02:01So, we cashed in our props, our layouts there.

02:04And then, all throughout that journey,

02:07we didn't think that we might not have a client

02:11or that no one would book us.

02:14But because of our team's perseverance,

02:17we were able to pull off.

02:18And a lot of people still booked us,

02:21even during the pandemic.

02:23In God's blessing, we had the opportunity to get this penthouse.

02:29It was more spacious before.

02:31We put up not only for the baby,

02:33we have family sessions also.

02:35So, aside from the baby photography,

02:39we also catered to events.

02:42If you want to do business,

02:44you need the right people around you

02:47because you can't do this alone.

02:50You really need to take a risk when doing business.

02:55And then, your mindset also.

02:57When you start a business,

02:59you can't just do it for money.

03:01Not because you have a budget for a business,

03:04you can already invest in a business.

03:08So, that's not how it works.

03:11So, you need to study the business first

03:13so that you can avoid making mistakes.

03:20If you have something you want to do,

03:22just do it.

03:23Or,
