00:06I mean, it's definitely stressful in different ways, a lot less crying, I'd say, for sure.

00:12But, I mean, I'm really surprising myself and I'm being vulnerable in different ways.

00:17Like, on the Bachelorette, you're so vulnerable with your emotions, and when you're dancing,

00:20you're being vulnerable in terms of, like, the way you move your body, and it's like

00:24a lot of confidence, you know?

00:26It's like believing in yourself, and it's taking a toll, but I'm learning so much, and

00:31I feel myself getting stronger every day, so it's like, it's working different muscles

00:35for me, like, mentally, too.

00:36Right, I was going to say, and physically, like, what are some of the challenges you're

00:39facing?

00:40Tell me about that.

00:41Well, guys, I literally feel like an old grandma right now, because my hips are, like, out

00:47of place.

00:48I have to go to the physical therapist every day to get them, like, popped out.

00:51And then my neck has been killing me, because you're always, like, constantly in this frame

00:54all the time, and, like, working muscles that you don't usually use every day.

00:58So I'm just, like, my body is worn down.

01:06But it's so fun.

01:30Sasha hates when I'm late, and I'm not, I'm not, I'm, like, kind of a timely person, depending

01:34on the day, but he is, like, so punctual.

01:38Sometimes he'll pick me up for rehearsals, just because, like, driving is a lot, and

01:41I hate it, and he'll, like, come five minutes early, and he'll expect me to be there.

02:14and so I, like, yeah, I wouldn't really describe him as tough.

02:16Like, he really just pushes me to be my best, but he also is, like, very, very caring.
