Is the Best Bet for Coach of the Year Dan Quinn or Kevin O'Connell

00:00I think O'Connell wins and Jaden Daniels wins offensive rookie of the year.

00:05That would be my guess, but there's other opinions out there.

00:08People think that it actually would be Dan Quinn just because he's doing it with the

00:12rookie.

00:13And I think that like the rookie thing, it is definitely a thing, but because all of

00:18the love that you've seen from Washington, not all of it, but I'd say like 95% of the

00:22love is about Jaden Daniels and how well he's playing.

00:25It's not really about Dan Quinn.

00:27Now Dan Quinn is the vibes guy.

00:28He's turned it around.

00:29He's wearing a backwards hat.

00:30He's doing this thing and like, yeah, the commander's defense is starting to play a

00:33little bit better, but we all know that it's Daniels and that offense, which is why they're

00:37winning games.

00:38Now, conversely, you can throw that right back in my face and say, well, it's Minnesota's

00:41defense at least the last couple of weeks that have been actually winning the games

00:44for the Vikings.

00:45Like last Sunday against the jets in London, the Vikings offense didn't do anything.

00:50That game was on the, on the platter for New York to go ahead and win it, but they didn't

00:54like the Vikings defense with Brian Flores and he's the front runner to win assistant

00:58coach of the year.

00:59That's why Minnesota has been winning as of late, they shut down Houston, they shut down

01:02San Francisco and the defense has been elite and all the numbers suggest that they have

01:06been elite.

01:07So I guess right now I'm kind of stuck in this position and it's a good position to

01:11be in.

01:12Cause if you live in listening, like we said, you should have both guys.

01:14I'm just curious to see what happens at the end of the line of both of these teams when

01:19their divisions, I've felt really confident that it was going to be O'Connell if they

01:23got the division and if they got the one seed, but Dan Quinn is actually putting together

01:26a really, really good resume and if the commanders continue to do this and the whole story of

01:31this team was horrendous under previous ownership and they were dead with Ron Rivera and now

01:36it's Josh Harris and it's Dan Quinn and it's cliff Kingsbury and Jaden Daniels.

01:40I could see voters also kind of going towards that as well.

01:44So I think right now if you have both guys, you're good, but if you have nothing in the

01:47market, I would actually advocate to bet Dan Quinn at plus three 40 because I think those

01:52two guys should be a little bit closer together just because there's so much season left to

01:57go.

01:58So plus three 40 Dan Quinn over at bed MGM.

02:00I do believe that is actually a bet because he should maybe be like plus 50 and O'Connell.

02:05I think O'Connell should be like plus one 75 plus 200 and Quinn should be plus two.

02:09It should be, it should be condensed a little bit.

02:11It shouldn't be this big of a gap, especially with O'Connell now going on the Bible.
