Kanye West and Bianca Censori are possibly headed for divorce ... TMZ has learned the couple has hit a rough patch in their almost 2-year marriage.

00:00It has been actually about three weeks since we've seen Kanye West and his wife Bianca Sensori

00:06Which is odd because they have been literally

00:10inseparable for years now and and a spectacle yes and always a spectacle, but we have seen Kanye out and about in Japan

00:20There's a reason now. We found out why we have not seen Bianca with him

00:24She's not there in Tokyo anymore and that they have been split up for about three weeks

00:34There it certainly is looking like they might be getting a divorce might be getting a divorce

00:39So at least that is what it sounds like from the things Kanye is saying to people around it

00:43and the people that we've been speaking to on this are very clear they are hearing it directly from Kanye and

00:50Bianca that they have been telling people that this has been over for about three weeks

00:54We know Bianca since the split has been in Australia with her family

00:59We haven't seen photos of them the last photo we have of them together

01:02And as you guys know, we were getting photos of them out almost every day together

01:07Especially here in LA the last photo that we have of them together is from September 20th

01:13So it's been several weeks since they've been together publicly. I gotta say

01:18Because of the history here it almost feels like it was just a matter of time

01:23I mean Kanye can be level and then goes off the rails and when he goes off the rails

01:29everything blows up right and then you just you don't know how it's gonna go because you don't know how the people around him are

01:33gonna react to it and

01:35But usually it doesn't go great. No when that actually it's not great

02:29but somebody in the office today in the morning meeting said, you know, Bianca is an architect and

02:36She was seen at his Malibu property with a clipboard as if she was working on this property

02:43Right Kanye took a bath on this. He gutted it

02:47I'm bought it for 57 million was trying to get that ended up selling it for 21 million dollars

02:54Huge loss huge loss and you wonder is he blaming it on beyond he was apparently there was involved in

03:05Obviously, they never did a thing in the house and then he just sold it for 21 million dollars

03:10So like 40 plus million dollar loss

03:13What else could be interesting here is someone I spoke to is pretty adamant that Bianca's name is on a lot of Kanye's

03:21professional business projects

03:23So they could have a lot of dividing to do if they do in fact end up getting this divorce that we're being told is

03:30being talked about that Bianca could end up with like 50% of

03:35Some of these businesses that her and Kanye went into together during the time of this marriage

03:39Yeah, we what we don't know is whether they had a pre-nup or not

03:42they should have had a pre-nup, but Kanye's had his issues with lawyers and

03:47I if I had to bet

03:50Well, I would honestly bet they didn't just because Kanye's not into lawyers and if he got married and especially if it was impulsive
