Kanye West and Bianca Censori have both had their reps contact a divorce lawyer this week, and that usually means one thing ... and that "thing" does not involve a prenup.

00:18They have both reached out to an attorney this week, a divorce attorney.

00:21Good, because that's the best kind for this sort of thing.

00:24Anyway, this has been brewing for quite some time.

00:27We actually reported back in October, there was trouble in the marriage.

00:30We now know that Kanye contacted a divorce attorney back in October.

00:35Maybe they were still trying to work it out, because we always saw them out dressed to

00:41So the good news for Bianca, as far as we know, there is no prenup.

00:45The bad news...

00:46He's been losing money.

00:47And it's going to come down to like a forensic accounting of what did he lose, and was it

00:52something that he had before the marriage?

00:53So she owes him money now?

00:55It actually could be, because they're both responsible for debts.

00:59The thing is, is that a lot of what he lost is stuff he had before they got married.
