Kanye West and Bianca Censori are social media official again ... because he just posted a photo with her online after an intimate dinner date overseas.

00:31This is an incendiary relationship.

00:33He has seen, we know, at least three different divorce lawyers since October.

00:39She has seen at least one.

00:41So it goes back and forth and back and forth.

00:45And it looks like it's back.

00:49Yeah, at least for right now, they're definitely back together.

00:53So they are at this Indian restaurant.

00:54We spoke to the management over there.

00:57Essentially, they said Kanye's security came about 10 minutes before he wanted a VIP private room.

01:04But Kanye and Bianca still showed up.

01:05And I think the big takeaway was that they were at the table.

01:10It was them two and a third wheel.

01:12I don't know who the third person was.

01:14But ordered food definitely seemed fully back together.

01:18And at least for now, that seems like what's going on.

01:27The custody issue with Kim seems to be flaring itself, flaring up again, at least for Kanye, who posted today saying,

01:39Now, that doesn't mean that he's been denied the opportunity to see Saint.

01:43But he's certainly insinuating that.

01:46And we have spoken to people connected to Kim who say that is not the case.

01:51They've repeatedly told us this, that he is allowed to see the kids whenever he wants.

01:57And not only allowed, he just doesn't.

01:59And what we're told is he rarely sees his kids.

02:10But we've seen photos of him with Saint this year.

02:20So saw Saint and also were being told that Kanye was here for three months and essentially saw the kids very little.

02:27I guess it was only towards the end of the trip that he even reached out and tried to see any of them.

02:32And obviously, he could have done that at any point throughout the three months he was in L.A.
