00:00Monday night football in Kansas City. The Chiefs play host to

00:06the New Orleans Saints. Five and a half points spread in

00:09favor of KC. Total stands at 43 and DRS. We have talked about

00:15this often. Five and a half point underdogs or greater so

00:18far in the NFL season. Nineteen four and one against the spread

00:23including the only two spots where that was the case in week

00:28five previously yesterday. The Cardinals went outright getting

00:31seven and a half on the road. The Giants went outright as a

00:36six and a half point road dog in Seattle. So, of those nineteen

00:39covers, thirteen outright wins as well. Will the Saints

00:44continue the trend so far in 2024? I think they will. I do.

00:49Like you can see this game and if you're just playing it to

00:51the number, right? Twenty-three to twenty, right around that

00:53total number, right around that spread which is coming in at

00:56five and a half. I think that's legitimate where maybe the last

00:59team standing is the last team with the football driving down

01:01the field to kick a field goal and again, we're not worried

01:04all that much about weather conditions. Sixty-five degrees,

01:07no real winds to worry about and also precipitation in the

01:10forecast. So, I think we'll get a pretty clean effort but the

01:12question's going to be is how do we actually get to the

01:15finish line and and for me, it's the Kansas City Chiefs I'm

01:18worried about. Is it Kareem Hunt? Did he maybe have that

01:20little adrenaline rush in his first game back and then

01:23settles back into reality where he just got brought back into

01:25football. Can Xavier Worthy, even though he was drafted high,

01:29really be that number one that the Kansas City Chiefs can lean

01:31on. The one thing we do like is you are planning on that. The

01:35reason I say that is sometimes you get into games where your

01:37wide receiver gets hurt where the game plan's already in. It's

01:40hard to adjust on the fly. Now, coming into the game, you know

01:43Rasheed Rice isn't going to be there. So, Travis Kelsey, how

01:45are we getting him open? Xavier Worthy, how are we getting

01:48him open? Juju Smith-Schuster, can he enter in to the game

01:50plan once again and is it going to be more of up tempo as

01:53Jolisa would say? Tempo, tempo, tempo? Or are we going to slow

01:56this game down and play it more to the under because the win is

01:59what really matters at this point. That's what I'm trying

02:01to gauge right now. But I do believe, keep it simple here.

02:05We know Travis Kelsey is going to be schemed open. I don't

02:07care if the Saints know he's going to be open. Xavier

02:10Worthy is not just going to be a guy that's going to run, you

02:12know, 70-yard streak patterns the whole game just to try to

02:14distract the defense. He's going to be involved in the

02:16game plan. Those are the two guys I'm going after because the

02:19last thing you want to do is say to yourself, hey, you know

02:21what? I'm going to go after Juju Smith-Schuster's 16 and a

02:24half only to him have one target and no catches tonight.
