Have you turned your heating on yet?

It’s that time of year, so we ask people if they’ve turned their heating on, or if they’re waiting until it gets colder.

00:48My husband is only the two of us now, and put the heating in, OK.

00:53Of course I would, yeah, but just can't afford it.
