00:00My name's Ian, I'm the General Manager of the Toby Calvary here in Portsmouth.

00:03So Ian, tell me why the refurb recently?

00:07Well, it's been 10 years since we've had some investment and we've bought the business right up to scratch now.

00:12We've spent half a million pounds making this fantastic business.

00:18What's the reaction been like so far?

00:20Oh, fantastic. It's simply stunning.

00:22The work that they've done is incredible, the lighting, it's a real high-end spec.

00:27We're really glad to welcome everybody back to our loyal customer base.

00:31Were you closed for long?

00:33Yeah, we were closed for three weeks, three weeks in all in all.

00:38Everyone that has put so much work into getting the refurbishment done,

00:43the ladies that work here and the guys obviously.

00:46So yeah, it's really nice to get it on.

00:48I've already booked my breakfast for Saturday and it's coming weeks as well.
