Residents in Concord in Washington are angry over the granting of an alcohol licence for a proposed new shop.

00:04and other streets nearby have objected to the opening of a new shop which is
00:08going to have a license for alcohol. They say that this area already has a large
00:13matter of anti-social behavior which is linked to alcohol and they have urged the
00:16council to rethink their plans to allow this to happen. It's this carpet shop
00:21here where the new off-license and supermarket is going to be opened.
