00:02Right, it was about three and a half weeks ago we came up with the fantastic idea that everyone jumped on board with

00:09and that's to run from here to the MCJ and watch the grand final, raise a bit of money along the way for concussion studies.

00:16That's right, 500km, about 61km a day with our biggest day being 76km and our smallest being around 40km.

00:24Yeah, like Sam said, raising money for connectivity, TBI, brain research studies.

00:31We don't exactly have the full support vehicle that most long distance runners would have

00:37but we have got friends coming in day in day out to be with us along the run

00:41and we're going to make it happen and go and watch the grand final down at the MCJ.

00:45I have to leave it here on Saturday the 21st and arriving Saturday the 28th.
