00:12Sinar Harian reported that he was represented by lawyer Datuk Ahmad Zaharil Muhayar.

00:18On September 10, the bus driver pleaded not guilty to two charges.

00:23For the first charge, the youth allegedly committed physical sexual harassment by kissing

00:27the cheek of a four-year-old girl who is also his niece for sexual purposes on a school

00:32bus in Simpang Rengam from April to September this year.

00:37He was also charged with allegedly repeatedly observing a nine-year-old girl for sexual

00:42purposes in the same school bus at the same location this month.

00:47Both offences were allegedly committed under Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
