00:05A typhoon hit the low-pressure area in the northeastern part of Luzon.

00:09It also hit the 315 kilometers east-northeast of Casiguran, Aurora

00:14and the so-called Tropical Depression, Jener.

00:17It caused a strong wind of 45 kilometers per hour

00:21and a strong storm of 55 kilometers per hour.

00:25Because of this, the signal No. 1 in Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino,

00:30eastern portion of Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Calinga, Mountain Province,

00:35Ipugao, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, northern portion of Quezon Province and Olilio Islands

00:41is moving very fast and it is possible for the northern and central Luzon

00:45to pass by tomorrow, the day of Tuesday.

00:47Meanwhile, the Metro Manila, northern portion of Palawan,

00:52Occidental Mindoro, Aklan, Antique and Negros Occidental due to the high tides.

00:57Also now, the large portion of Mimaropa, Western Visayas and Negros Island Region.

01:02Those in low-lying areas and coastal areas are continuously being taken care of

01:07due to possible flooding and landslides.

01:13The Plenary Debate on the 2025 National Budget will be started by the camera today.

01:18The 6.352 Trillion Pesos Fund will be raised within 8 days.

01:24They plan to pass the Fund on September 25.

01:27First, House Speaker Martin Romualdez thanked the House Committee on Appropriations

01:32because they finished the hearing last week.

01:35According to Romualdez, the Fund will be an instrument in helping the poor

01:41and in lowering the prices of goods, especially rice.
