00:09independence and therefore there is a historic relationship and a firm foundation that has

00:15been built between Kenya and Germany.

00:21That relationship has been built in many areas, relationship between our institutions of higher

00:28learning, relationship, our diplomatic relationship, relationship between people to people, expanding

00:40trade, investment, manufacturing, entrepreneurship.

00:46And I'm very happy that later this year, in December, we will be having a summit, a Kenya-German

00:53summit in Nairobi, again to discuss opportunities for expanding our cooperation between Kenya

01:03and Germany.
