00:36Respected viewers, the program is Durood on them, Salam on them.

00:42Under the auspices of RYQ-TV, on the occasion of the birth of the Prophet,

00:50Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Mujaddidi is present at your service with Durood on them, Salam on them.

00:57Presenting Durood in the presence of the Prophet is a custom of God.

01:09The Lord of the worlds sent Durood on His Beloved,

01:16and then appointed His angels on him.

01:21And then He said to the believers, O you who have believed,

01:26send blessings and peace upon him.

01:30O believers, you also send blessings and peace upon my Beloved,

01:35and send blessings and peace with full reverence and reverence.

01:39Therefore, this tradition was passed from RYQ-TV to the Holy Qur'an,

01:43and then to the Prophet himself, and then to the Beloved,

01:50and then to the Companions, and then to the most honoured of the Ummah,

01:58and finally to a common person.

02:02And presenting blessings and peace at the time of the acceptance of the Prophet

02:08was a means and a cause for obtaining the mercy of the Prophet.

02:13Then this same attribute and style was also presented in the form of a poem in the court of Huzoor.

02:22And a whole institute of Naat came into existence.

02:26Naat, meaning Madhah-e-Nabawi Sallallahu Ta'ala Sallam.

02:30An attribute of Huzoor's praise and style.

02:33And a narration came from Hazrat-e-Hassan bin Thabit R.A.

02:38And a form of Durood-e-Paak came to light.

02:42Durood-e-Ibrahimi and other forms of Durood-e-Paak.

02:52And a style was that which Hazrat-e-Hassan bin Thabit R.A. adopted.

02:58And a narration came from Hazrat-e-Hassan bin Thabit R.A.

03:09And in the court of Huzoor, this style was accepted.

03:14And Hazrat-e-Hassan bin Thabit R.A. prayed for this.

03:18Allahumma yadil Hassana bi roohil qudus.

03:21Meaning, on one side is Hassan, and on the other side is Sidrat-ul-Muntaha.

03:27Sayyid-ul-Malaika, Sayyiduna Jibreel-e-Ameen, upon our Prophet and his peace be upon him.

03:32They too are part of this system of Durood-e-Sanaa.

03:36Therefore, this narration came to the Ummah.

03:41And then, from the narration of the Naat, the Qaseedah and the Madh-e-Nabwi,

03:47a style came into existence which was accepted in the court of Sahib-e-Naat.

03:54It was a sign of acceptance and love, which we call the Qaseedah-e-Burda Sharif.

04:01Imam Sharfuddin Muhammad bin Sayyid-al-Busiri, may Allah have mercy on him,

04:06is one of the most fortunate poets of the Ummah.

04:10When he presented the Hadeeah-e-Aqeedah to the Prophet, peace be upon him,

04:22he said,

04:24Alhamdulillahi munshil khalqe min adameen.

04:27Thumma as-salatu alal mukhtari fil qidameen.

04:30Mawla-e-Salli wa-Sallim daiman abadan ala Habibika khairil khalqi kullihimi.

04:37Huwal Habibul lazee turja shafaatuhu.

04:40Likulli hawlim minal ahwal-e-muqtahimi.

04:43Such was the acceptance of this Qaseedah-e-Aqeedah,

04:48that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

04:51himself appeared in the dream of Imam Busiri.

04:54And he also gave the sign of acceptance.

04:57And he also gave the sign of acceptance.

05:00And he also gave the sign of acceptance.

05:03That is, the sign of acceptance was also given.

05:06The sign of love was also given.

05:09And the desire that was there,

05:11was accepted by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

05:15And the pain that was there,

05:17the illness that was there,

05:19the attack of paralysis,

05:21was transformed into healing

05:23by the merciful glance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

05:26When he saw this scene in the dream,

05:29by presenting this Qaseedah,

05:31in the court of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

05:34So now this Qaseedah was so accepted,

05:37and so beloved,

05:39that the great saints of the Ummah,

05:41the Ahl-e-Haal, the elders of the religion,

05:43the Muhaddithin,

05:45and the great Imams,

05:47they became attached to it,

05:49for the attainment of blessings.

05:51As a blessing,

05:53the chain of Sannad started,

05:55and the chain of Shuruhat,

05:57Hawashi, Takhmisaat,

05:59and then the chain of Takrizat.

06:02This is a long story.

06:04But Burda Sharif,

06:06in the court of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

06:08was so accepted,

06:10that Imam Busiri, peace and blessings be upon him,

06:12when he left in the morning,

06:14when he saw the dream that night,

06:16at the corner of the street,

06:18there was a saint of Allah,

06:20who was at the time of Siddiq,

06:22peace and blessings be upon him,

06:24he said,

06:26Busiri,

06:28recite the Naat that you have presented

06:30in the court of the Prophet.

06:32He said,

06:34Hazrat, I have presented many Naats,

06:36which one should I recite?

06:38He said,

06:40the one that you have presented

06:42in the court of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

06:44and the one that the mercy of the world,

06:46peace and blessings be upon him,

06:48was dancing in the world of joy,

06:50Allah Akbar!

06:52In this Qaseedah,

06:54dear viewers,

06:56there are many signs,

06:58where Imam Busiri,

07:00peace and blessings be upon him,

07:02has been supported by the court of the Prophet.

07:08There were many places,

07:10where Imam Busiri said,

07:12that there were so many great Imams and Poets before me,

07:14and Misrah was not in progress,

07:16so from the court of the Prophet,

07:18this poem was completed

07:20with great attention and effort.

07:28And then there is a couplet,

07:30that even today,

07:32on the Jali Mubarak,

07:34of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,

07:36which is the portion

07:38of the two feet,

07:40there you see,

07:42which is the old lock of the Turks,

07:44even today,

07:46and the inscription is,

07:48He is the Beloved,

07:50whom you ask for intercession,

07:52for all those who know of the

07:54accursed circumstances.

07:56Such an accepted and beloved Qaseedah,

07:58Hazrat Imam Sharafuddin Muhammad bin Sayyid al-Busiri,

08:00peace and blessings be upon him,

08:02was written in 608 Hijri,

08:04in the area of Egypt,

08:06in Dallas,

08:08in 1212 A.D.

08:10The memorization of the Qur'an,

08:12the elaboration of knowledge,

08:14and all other knowledge of Shariah,

08:16was so excellent,

08:18that at that time,

08:20the esteemed Imam,

08:22his students,

08:24and those who ask for permission

08:26for this Qaseedah,

08:28had such a great love for this Qaseedah,

08:30that it is difficult to find

08:32another example of it in the Muslim Ummah,

08:34because it was accepted

08:36by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

08:38Therefore,

08:40this Qaseedah is still recited

08:42as a blessing for the Ummah.

08:44Reciting this Qaseedah,

08:46is considered as a sign of acceptance

08:48by the Ummah.

08:50So, the great scholars of the Ummah,

08:52have translated this Qaseedah,

08:54where there are

08:56initials,

08:58there are translations as well.

09:02And great personalities,

09:04like Maulana Jami Rahmatullah,

09:06have translated this Qaseedah,

09:08in Persian,

09:10and in Urdu as well,

09:12there are many translations of it.

09:14I was also fortunate,

09:16that I was able to translate

09:18some of the initials of the Qaseedah.

09:26I will also recite some of those initials,

09:28so that we may also

09:30have this connection with the Qaseedah.

11:38Imam Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani Rahmatullah se lekar,

11:41Neeche Imam Qastulani, Imam Jalaluddin Suyuti Rahimahullah

11:45Aur baad mein hamaare zamane tak ahle ilm jo hain,

11:49Tabarrukan iski ijazatein apne shagirdon ko,

11:53Apne talamza ko, apne murideen ko dete rahein.

11:55Aur log barkat aur saadat ke husool ke liye,

11:58Is Qaseeda ko padhte rahein.

12:00Qaseeda-e-Burda Sharif jo hain,

12:02Yeh bayak waqt naat bhi hain,

12:04Yeh durood bhi hain.

12:06Aur yeh hall-e-mushkilat ke liye,

12:08Ek nuskha-e-keemiya bhi hain.

12:10Iske alag-alag ek-ek shir jo hain,

12:13Uske apne khawas hain,

12:15Uske taaseerat hain, kaifiyat hain,

12:18Us par aiman-e-baqaida likha hain,

12:20Bade-bade aqabir,

12:21Chuke aapka taluk silsala-e-shaaziliya se tha,

12:24Imam Busiri Rahmatullah-e-Taala alaih,

12:27Tariqat ke silsala-e-shaaziliya se wabasta the,

12:30To us silsala-e-mein bhi,

12:32Jo bade-bade aqabir-e-awliyaan hain,

12:35Aaj tak iska wazifa karte hain,

12:38Isko bator-e-virdh parte hain,

12:40Iske khaas-khaas jo do teen-a-shaar hain,

12:42Woh aakhir mein main dubara dohraa doon,

12:45Yahan par barg-e-ilahi mein unhone doaa ki hain,

12:47Ya rabbi bil-mustafa balligh maqasidana,

12:50Ae hamaare Rabb,

12:52Hame hamaare maqasid ki takmeel tak pohchaa,

12:55Faghfir lana ma-mada ya wasi al-karami,

12:59Aur maula-e-kareem,

13:00Jo pichle hamaare guna hamse sarzad ho gay,

13:03Unko mu'af farma de,

13:04Yani aqa-kareem alaihissalam ke waseela se,

13:07Doaa bhi kar rahein barg-e-ilahi mein,

13:10Aur phir ismein manakib ka pahloo bhi hain,

13:13Ae sahaba-e-kiraam alaih-e-muridwaan,

13:15Khaas-toor pe khulafa-e-rashideen,

13:17Phir taaba-een, taba-taaba-een,

13:19Ummat ke jo makbool-o-mahboob log hain,

13:22Unke hawaale se bhi aakhir mein,

13:24Unhone yeh iltija ki hain,

13:26Thum-mar-ridaa nabi-bakrin wa-an-umara,

13:28Wa-an-alihim wa-an-usman-azil-karameen,

13:31Mawla-ya-salli-wa-sallim da-aiman,

13:33Abadan-a-la-habibi-ka-khair-il-khalq-e-kulli-hameen,

13:36Yani har shair ko jab aap padhte hain,

13:39To aadaab mein likha gaya hain,

13:41Ke saad-saad darood ke is shair ki takraar ki jaye,

13:44Jo bator-e-tabarruk,

13:46Is qaseeda sharif sharif ka hisa hain,

13:48Aur ismein shamil hain,

13:49Isi tara,

13:50Ek shair jo iska bada makbool-e-aam shair hain,

13:53Aur bada mahboob shair hain,

13:56Huwa-al-habib-ul-lazee,

13:58Turja-shafaatuhu-li-kulli-hawli-min-al-ahwal-e-mukhtahimeen,

14:02Huzoor-gan-e-deen,

14:03Is shair ko,

14:05Yani padh ke dum bhi karte rain,

14:08Saat baar,

14:09Hazrat Pir Mir Ali Shah Sahib Gholri bhi rahmatullah lai,

14:12Padh ke isi ek shair ka,

14:13Saat baar padhte the aur dum kiya karte the,

14:16Isi tara,

14:17Ek aur shair iske andar istighasa ke liye hain,

14:19Wa-man takum bi-rasoolillahi-nusratuhu,

14:22Intalkahul ustufi ajaam-e-haat-aajimeen,

14:25Yeh mushkilat mein, yeh parishaniyon mein,

14:27Agar is shair ki takraar ki jaye,

14:29Saat baar isko padha jaye,

14:30Saat maula-e-yasalli-wa-sallim,

14:32Daaiman abadan ala habibi ka khair-il-khalki,

14:35Kulli-himeen,

14:36Iski takraar ki jaye,

14:38To uski badi barkaat aur taansirat,

14:40Ahle-ilm ne likhi hain.

14:42Nazireen-e-mukarram,

14:43Darood-e-paak ke saath,

14:45Qaseeda-e-burda sharif ka,

14:47Ek bada gehra taalluk hain,

14:49To goya aap jab Qaseeda-e-burda sharif padh rahe hoon,

14:52To aise hi hai,

14:53Jaise Huzoor-Alaihis-Salaam ki baarga mein,

14:55Bayak waqt,

14:56Aap hadi-e-darood bhi pesh kar rahe hain,

14:58Aur hadi-e-madho sanaa bhi pesh kar rahe hain,

15:01Rab-e-Kareem,

15:02Qaseeda-e-burda ki barkaton se,

15:04Hum sab ko maala maal aur faiz yaaf farmaaye,

15:07Wa sallallahu ta'ala ala nabi-il-ummi,

15:09Wa alihi wa sahabihi ajma'een.
