00:17ahead of the scheduled deliberations of her office's budget in the House of Representatives.
00:21But House Committee Appropriations Chairman Zaldico denies this.
00:25This is a big mistake.
00:29In the video, the Vice President says she was surprised when congressmen asked her for a portion of the budget.
00:34Duterte and her entire office skips the second round of budget deliberations for her agency Tuesday.
00:40The House Appropriations Committee defers for a second time the deliberations on her office's budget.
00:45They suggest the budget either be reduced or to place certain funds on hold until further discussions are held.
