00:00PhilHealth explained that it is possible to reach 100% service coverage for their beneficiaries.

00:07According to PhilHealth Senior Vice President Israel Francis Pargas of the Health Finance Policy Sector,

00:13it still depends on what our fellow countrymen can afford or how much they are ready to pay

00:19in order to use the so-called shared benefit.

00:22Pargas also stated that the so-called free health care is coming from the Philippines

00:27that will be noticed by other countries.

00:30For now, PhilHealth will continue to expand the benefits

00:34so that the reforms under the Universal Health Care or UHC Act can be used.

00:57For now, it is already 15.

00:59Because we have added mammography and ultrasound.

01:03The free health care before was 21, now it is 53.

01:09By next year, we shall be expanding consulta to include

01:15the benefits of our Sustainable Development Goals

01:20such as maternity, animal bites, HIV.

01:26We will also include this in our consulta

01:30so that we can reach the goal of the Universal Health Care

01:35which is the Comprehensive Outpatient Benefit Package.
