00:00A lot at stake on a Saturday in the swamp between 19th ranked

00:08Miami and Florida. The Gators at home coach Bowden a two and a

00:12half point underdog between Mario Cristobal and Billy Napier

00:17both coaches entering year number three at their respective

00:21programs. What's the key matchup between the Canes and the

00:24Gators? Cam Cam Ward. Cam Ward the quarterback at Miami maybe

00:28the most personal quarterback in the country. He can beat you

00:31with his arm and he can beat you with his legs. And if

00:34Florida's playing a great football game, he alone can be

00:37the difference. That's a hostile environment. I've coached there

00:39several times. It's hard to win in that environment. But if

00:42there's one place that's as hot as Gainesville, that's Miami.

00:45Those guys will know how to play in that kind of condition.

00:48And I think their defensive front is awesome. I think

00:51they're running back Martinez who's come in their quarterback

00:54especially will be the difference. Billy Napier and

00:57both coaches are on the hot seat. But I think Billy's on a

01:00little hot in a little more of a hot seat. Yeah, that's where I

01:02was going to go coach in regards to perception. Both coaches

01:05under 500 in regards to their tenure in their respective

01:09programs. Don't you think that there's more pressure on

01:12Cristobal and Cam Ward going on the road playing in the swap?

01:17Well, I don't think so. Joe. My idea is where is the perception?

01:21The perception is Florida is there's gonna be a lot of fans

01:25that don't want him to win so they get another coach. And

01:27that's just a fact. I don't think you get that. You know,

01:29Cristobal was a great player at Miami that he was one of their

01:32best offensive linemen. He was there for a couple of national

01:34championships. I think deep down they want him to win. I'm

01:38not so sure at Florida right now. There's not a lot of fans

01:41that want him to lose early and replace the coach about halfway

01:45through the season. Coach Bowden, a lot of pressure on

01:47coach Billy Napier for UF the nation's hardest schedule in

01:512024. The matchup against Miami the first of eight preseason

01:56ranked top 25 teams that the Gators have to play this

02:00season.
