With power out now for 48 hours for some residents, DTE Energy is now handing out ice and water. WWJ's Tim Pamplin reports.

00:10to those in need those that don't have any power going on 48 hours now as these
00:15residents do whatever they can to try and salvage some of their food freezers
00:18are defrosting refrigerators are getting warm the need is great we'll have
