00:08Hip hip kaboom! Hip hip kaboom! Hip hip kaboom! Well, Victorians are sick to death of
00:16organised crime running this state. It's time that we focused on the root causes
00:22of organised crime rather than looking at the consequences of it. What we need
00:28to do is the federal government needs to lower tobacco excise tax so that we
00:32don't have these incentives for organised crime and legalised vaping for
00:36adults. That's what we need to do if you want to stop these arson attacks
00:39otherwise they're just going to keep continuing. But it's only a matter of time
00:42before innocent civilians get killed in this gangland war. We need
00:47to stop it. We can stop it by attacking the root causes rather than playing
00:51this whack-a-mole approach that the governments are doing. We cannot police
00:55our way out of this.
